    Overview

    Welcome to JAYWOX. The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to JAYWOX AB (org. no. 559444-4241), which operates the website www.jaywox.se including all content, features, products and services (the "Services"). Our checkout is provided by Shopify, which enables payment and order processing.

    These Terms of Service, together with our privacy policy, describe your rights and obligations when using the Services. By visiting or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not accept them, you should not use the Services.

    1. Access and account

    By accepting these terms you confirm that you have reached the age of majority in the country where you are resident. To shop, you may need to provide an email address and billing, payment and delivery information. You confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for all activity on your account.

    2. Our products

    We do our utmost to ensure products are displayed accurately on the site. Colours and appearance may, however, vary depending on your screen and its settings. We do not guarantee that the product is identical to how it is displayed. Product descriptions may be changed without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of a product or limit quantities at any time.

    3. Orders

    When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. JAYWOX reserves the right to accept or decline an order. Your order is only accepted once we have confirmed it by email and payment has been processed. Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our returns policy. Purchases are intended for personal use, not commercial resale.

    4. Prices and payment

    All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Prices, discounts and promotions may be changed without prior notice. The applicable price is the one stated in the order confirmation. We accept payment by Klarna, Visa and Mastercard via Shopify's secure checkout. More information can be found on our payment page.

    5. Shipping and delivery

    We offer free shipping on orders over 500 SEK. Standard delivery time is 2–5 working days within Sweden. Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs processing or events beyond our control. Risk passes to you once the goods are handed over to the carrier.     6. Right of withdrawal and open purchase

    You have a 30-day open purchase right from the time you receive your order. In addition, under the Distance Contracts Act (distansavtalslagen), you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases within the EU. The item must be returned unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Read more on our returns terms page.

    7. Complaints and warranty

    If anything is wrong with your item — contact us as soon as possible and we will help you. The Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen) applies to all purchases made through our site.

    8. Intellectual property

    The Services and all content — trademarks, text, images, graphics, video, audio, and design and selection — are owned by JAYWOX AB or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution, modification or publication requires our written consent. The JAYWOX name, logos and product names are trademarks belonging to JAYWOX AB and may not be used without permission.

    9. Third-party services and links

    The Services may contain links to third-party websites or embedded services (e.g. Shopify for checkout, payment providers, carriers). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties. Purchases and transactions take place between you and JAYWOX AB. Complaints concerning third-party services should be directed to the relevant provider.

    10. Privacy

    The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy. By using the Services you confirm that you have read and understood how we process your data.

    11. Feedback

    If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, publish and distribute such Feedback. You confirm that you own the rights to the material and that it does not infringe any third party's rights. We have the right, but no obligation, to moderate or remove Feedback.

    12. Errors

    Information on the site may contain typographical errors or omissions regarding product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping costs and availability. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel orders if the information is inaccurate, even after you have placed an order.

    13. Prohibited use

    You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. It is prohibited to breach applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, harass or threaten, transmit false information, send spam, spread malicious code, collect personal data about others, or circumvent security features. We reserve the right to suspend access in the event of a breach.

    14. Limitation of liability

    The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, lost profits or data loss arising from use of the Services. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under mandatory Swedish law.

    15. Indemnity

    You agree to hold JAYWOX AB and its partners harmless from claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or your use of the Services.

    16. Governing law and disputes

    These terms are governed by Swedish law. We follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) in the event of a dispute. If we are unable to reach an agreement, you may turn to ARN.

    17. Changes to the terms

    We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service by publishing the latest version on this page. Material changes will be notified in accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of them.
