30-day return policy
You have a 30-day return window from the day you received your item – this includes the 14-day statutory right of withdrawal under the EU Distance Selling Act, extended voluntarily by 16 additional days.
How returns work

Receive return instructions
We send you instructions for how and where to ship the package. You pay for return shipping.
Step 3
Ship & get refunded
Refunds are made within 14 days at the latest after we have received the return.
Return conditions
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In essentially unchanged condition – you may examine and try the comb as in a store
- Preferably in original packaging
- Include order number
- The customer pays for return shipping.

Damages and issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 years of statutory complaint rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act. For an approved complaint, we cover the shipping cost.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new purchase.
14-day right of withdrawal
Under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the item, without giving a reason. It is included in our 30-day return policy. If the item has been handled more than necessary to examine it, we may deduct for diminished value.
